Named for the rugged Northern California park that inspired it, "Lands End" captures a grove of wind-shaped cypress trees standing at the edge of the continent. Warm amber light filters through their tall trunks as the Pacific stretches quietly to the horizon beyond. It is a view that feels both ancient and alive. Rendered in the flat, layered graphic style of the Arts and Crafts tradition, the composition balances the vertical rhythm of the tree trunks against the broad horizontal sweep of sky, sea, and land. It is a piece that rewards a long look.
The print is double-matted in Golden Brown and Spruce Green and set in a handcrafted quartersawn white oak frame finished in an earthy Mission red/brown stain. The warm golden mat echoes the amber light of the print while the spruce green inner mat ties back to the cool tones of the canopy and coastline.

GREAT quality frame and print. Print was very well packaged as well. There was a slight shipping delay but seller was quick to communicate with a reasonable explanation. No big deal. Would definitely recommend to others.

The wood frame is beautiful and well made and I look forward to hanging it up. We opted for anti-reflective *glass* option, but it is a textured matte plexiglass that is very plastic-y and the print does not look good through it. I have anti-reflective glass in other frames in my home, and this is not similar. We will have a piece of regular glass cut to replace it which is an extra expense on top of paying extra for the anti-reflective glass option. I messaged the seller to suggest they clarify this in the listing so others could make a more informed decision, but they did not respond, so I am writing this review to provide this information to others. Other reviewers liked the anti-reflective glass, so it may have changed.

This print is lovely and well made. The quality of the frame is beautiful. The print is double matted very nicely and the back is finished professionally. It also has a high quality wire on back for hanging. We ordered the non-reflective glass because our home is bright and it’s just perfect. Thank you very much, we are very pleased with our purchase!
