I ordered an item as it was going to be a gift for a family member. I ordered it on August 25 from a shop in Minneapolis, Minnesota and I live in Los Angeles California. The order did not say made to order so I thought it would ship out relatively quickly; the shop said my 9/5/24.I started to get very nervous on September 5 when I hadn't gotten notice that it was going to ship out- I contacted the shop and asked them if I could cancel the order so I could, get another gift for my family member since it didn't look like it was going to arrive by September 9th per the shop. Once I reached out the shop miraculously shipped that day, saying it would arrive by September 12. It was originally supposed to arrive by September 9. It put me in a really uncomfortable spot. I wish the shop had been forthcoming with what was happening.
