The size listed is the cutout opening size that will fit your art.
example: a 16x20 size matted artwork would select a 16x20 frame in the vertical or horizontal orientation desired. (a 16x20 vertical frame would then have a 19.5x26 WxH overall size for outside dimensions. a 16x20 horizontal frame would measure 23.5x22 WxH on the outside dimensions.)
Depth of the cutout is 15/32"
Vertical frames are built with the longer dimension as the vertical. Horizontal frames are built with the longer dimension as the horizontal.
note: For tiles and artwork, please keep in mind that the cutout where the artwork fits in the frame will hide around 3/16”-1/4” around all sides. We make the cutout slightly larger to minimize the amount covered by the edges.
All frames include wire hanging hardware. Glass not included.

This frame is PERFECT. It arrived in a really carefully packaged box which ensured that there would be no damage at all. It’s beautifully crafted, and the customer service was so excellent. The shop owner was so kind to reach out and apologize for/explain a slight delay (the piece still arrived within the timeframe originally stated), and I really appreciated the intentionality. Over all a beautiful product, and really great service.

The frame is beautifully well made and matched the description. There was a slight delay in receiving the item which was handled immediately. I am framing a small painting, unfortunately the frame does not come with protective glass but that is an easy remedy. I recommend the frame and would order again.

It took a few weeks for my frames to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. The frames are made of beautiful quarter sawn oak. The fit and finish are excellent. To be clear this is just the frames and hardware to hang them. Depending what you are framing you may need to supply you own glass or plexiglass and mounting hardware. I used one of the frames for a blackboard and the other for a bulletin board. It was no problem for me to install the blackboard and cork material. This is a quality product well worth the price and wait.

This is an absolutely beautiful frame. I will say to pay attention to what I did not, which is that it does not come with a piece of glass, so you will need find that somewhere else.

The quality of this frame is breathtaking! It was worth the wait for sure and I’ll purchase more from him for sure!! My husband loved his anniversary gift!!!
