The size listed is the cutout opening size that will fit your art.
example: a 16x20 size matted artwork would select a 16x20 frame in the vertical or horizontal orientation desired. (a 16x20 vertical frame would then have a 19.5x26 WxH overall size for outside dimensions. a 16x20 horizontal frame would measure 23.5x22 WxH on the outside dimensions.)
Depth of the cutout is 15/32"
Vertical frames are built with the longer dimension as the vertical. Horizontal frames are built with the longer dimension as the horizontal.
note: For tiles and artwork, please keep in mind that the cutout where the artwork fits in the frame will hide around 3/16”-1/4” around all sides. We make the cutout slightly larger to minimize the amount covered by the edges.
All frames include wire hanging hardware. Glass not included.

This frame is absolutely beautiful! Actually, cooler than the print I bought it for. Shipping took longer than expected & communication was a bit slow, but not a big deal. I love the frame and it was worth the wait.

I ordered a frame on 8.7.26. The time frame to receive it ended 9.11.26. I ordered it even after getting no initial response from the owner because the shop had excellent ratings. Should have trusted my gut right then. BUT I'd done a painting for my good friend. She has a beautiful Arts and Crafts home and I thought this frame would be a nice touch even though it was a bit expensive. It was handmade. I was so excited! On 8.28 he finally responded and said he'd been out of the country due to the death of his mother in law. I gave my condolences, forgiving all and becoming excited again. Last Friday came and went. I sent him a message. I've paid for it and I have nothing now to frame the painting with. I'm furious! Buyer Beware! I'm typically not one to do bad reviews but I'm so angry and disappointed I had to say it somewhere.
